African Youth Work Experiential Training Initiative
The African Youth Work Experiential Training Initiative is a transformative initiative by Karibs KV Ventures designed to equip young people across Ghana with practical skills, guidance and opportunities to successfully transition into the world of work and responsible adulthood.
This initiative focuses on both in-school and out-of-school youth, ensuring that no young person is left behind.
For students currently in school, the program provides career guidance, practical exposure, mentorship and experiential learning opportunities that bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world employment.
For those who are out of school, particularly vulnerable and street-connected youth, the initiative offers structured engagement programs, skills training and empowerment sessions aimed at redirecting their path toward productive livelihoods. Through this, we actively work to reduce the risk of substance abuse, crime and social exclusion.
The African Youth Work Experiential Training Initiative is more than a program, it is a movement of hope, transformation and opportunity, committed to raising a generation of confident, skilled and responsible young Africans.
